Job summary

Consolidated Supply Co. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Bend, OR. The role requires leading a team, directing warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate inventory, timely shipments, and fleet safety.

You will train staff, recruit and onboard employees, enforce safety policies, and drive continuous process improvement across receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse management experience in wholesale distribution managing 30+ employees.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Experience coaching and counseling employees, hiring, training, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations systems, receiving, inventory control, order accuracy and on-time deliveries.
• Ensure fleet safety and a safe work environment; enforce policies and procedures.
• Train staff, recruit, orientate, plan, coach and counsel; handle employee relations.
