Job summary

North Coast, part of the Sonepar family, seeks an experienced PM Operations Manager for the Portland area. You will lead afternoon/evening warehouse operations, drive end-of-day performance, and ensure safe, accurate execution across the shift.

You will develop supervisors, manage labor plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or logistics.
• 3+ years leading distribution/warehouse operations or similar.
• Experience directing supervisors and teams to meet service levels.
• Strong use of data to forecast workload and manage staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM warehouse operations including order fulfillment, packing, staging, loading and inventory movement.
• Own end-of-day execution by monitoring queues, cutoffs, workload and staffing to meet SLAs.
• Adjust labor plans based on volume, priorities, and equipment availability.
• Coach and develop up to six managers/supervisors and their teams.
• Lead daily shift huddles and ensure smooth handoffs with day-shift operations and partners.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and KPI-based performance; drive continuous improvement.
