• Experience managing a fast-paced warehouse or logistics operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations across freight receiving, warehousing, staging, outbound loading, and local delivery.
• Lead warehouse personnel and box-truck drivers, including scheduling, assignments, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee inbound freight receiving; verify counts, condition, and documentation; resolve shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain organized storage, accurate inventory, and proper freight handling.
• Plan freight staging and loading; ensure loads and paperwork are ready for on-time departures.
• Promote and enforce safety policies across dock, warehouse, loading, and delivery operations.
• Monitor service and productivity, applying Lean practices to improve throughput and quality.
