Job summary

OFS is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Styline Logistics hub in Aurora, Colorado. In this role you will oversee freight receiving, warehousing, staging, and outbound loading, while guiding warehouse personnel and drivers to reliable, on-time performance.

You'll apply Lean practices, promote safety, and drive project-based improvements to throughput and accuracy, all within a salaried, exempt structure offering a MIP bonus and HFWA leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of freight receiving, warehousing, staging, dock operations, and outbound loading.
• Experience supervising delivery drivers, managing schedules, and coordinating dispatch.
• Knowledge of freight documentation, inventory controls, load accuracy, and safe handling.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job description

The Warehouse Manager leads the day-to-day operation of the Styline Logistics hub in Aurora, Colorado. This role manages freight receiving, warehousing, staging, and outbound loading; leads warehouse personnel and box-truck drivers; and ensures freight moves safely, accurately, and on schedule from arrival through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations across freight receiving, warehousing, staging, outbound loading, and local delivery.
• Lead warehouse personnel and box-truck drivers, including scheduling, work assignments, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee inbound freight receiving; verify counts, condition, and documentation; and resolve shortages, damage, or other discrepancies.
• Maintain organized storage, accurate inventory, effective material flow, and proper freight handling throughout the warehouse.
• Plan freight staging and loading; confirm loads, paperwork, equipment, and vehicles are ready for safe, accurate, and on-time departures.
• Promote and consistently enforce safety policies across dock, warehouse, loading, and delivery operations.
• Monitor service and productivity results and apply Lean practices to improve throughput, reliability, and quality.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supervising delivery drivers, managing daily schedules, and coordinating dispatch or route readiness.

• Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize changing freight and delivery needs, motivate others, and meet scheduled timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics operations.
• Experience with box-truck or local delivery operations and warehouse, transportation, routing, or dispatch systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year (Salaried, Exempt)
• Incentive Compensation: Eligible for quarterly administrative Management Incentive Plan (MIP) profit-sharing bonus after 30 days of employment. Distributions are discretionary, subject to company profitability, and require active employment through the end of the calendar quarter.
• Paid Time Off & Sick Leave:
• Paid Sick Leave: 48 hours of Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA) paid sick leave, front-loaded annually on January 1st.
• Vacation: 0 days accrued/usable in calendar year 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, accrues on a pro-rata basis for up to 80 hours per year in alignment with OFS' vacation schedule.
