Job summary

Namely is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at the Styline Logistics hub in Aurora, Colorado. The role oversees freight receiving, warehousing, staging, and outbound loading, while guiding warehouse personnel and drivers to ensure on-time delivery and safety.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in busy logistics environments, knowledge of forklift operation, inventory control, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment.
• Experience supervising delivery drivers and coordinating dispatch.
• Knowledge of freight documentation, inventory controls, load accuracy, and safe material handling.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations across freight receiving, warehousing, staging, outbound loading, and local delivery.
• Lead warehouse personnel and box-truck drivers, including scheduling, work assignments, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee inbound freight receiving; verify counts, condition, and documentation; resolve shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Maintain organized storage, accurate inventory, effective material flow, and proper freight handling throughout the warehouse.
• Plan freight staging and loading; confirm loads, paperwork, equipment, and vehicles are ready for safe, accurate, and on-time departures.
• Promote and enforce safety policies across dock, warehouse, loading, and delivery operations.
• Monitor service and productivity results and apply Lean practices to improve throughput, reliability, and quality.
