The Skill Set is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the Styline Logistics hub in Aurora, Colorado. You will manage freight receiving, warehousing, staging, and outbound loading, while guiding warehouse personnel and box-truck drivers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on supervision, safety leadership, and the ability to optimize throughput using Lean practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations across receiving, warehousing, staging, outbound loading.

• Oversee inbound freight receiving and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate inventory and safe material handling.
• Plan loading and ensure on-time departures.
• Promote safety policies; monitor throughput and quality.
