Oneal Mfg Services is seeking a seasoned warehouse leader to oversee safety, shipping/receiving, and inventory integrity in a fast-paced environment. You will coach a team, drive Lean/5S practices, and ensure on-time customer deliveries while managing costs and productivity.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in related field or equivalent combo of education/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years proven effective leadership skills.
• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing/distribution/warehouse experience.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations including safety, housekeeping, 5S, Lean, on-time delivery and cost control.
• Provide effective leadership to direct/indirect reports and develop talent with HR.
• Develop quantitative goals and monitor KPI/Metrics; address gaps with actions.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance; enforce safety policies and PPE usage.
• Drive continuous improvement with CI Manager; implement new processes.
• Manage inventory integrity, cycle counts, and accurate reporting of lead-times.
