Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Puget Sound is seeking an Operations Manager to lead warehouse functions such as material receipt, picking, kitting, and delivery. This hands-on role blends labor planning with strategic projects and new system development to support customers relying on our services.

You will hire, mentor and motivate an hourly team while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience or equivalent.
• 1+ year of direct management experience.
• Flexibility with daily work location as Puget Sound warehouses.
• ERP experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations with safety and quality focus.
• Gather and report KPIs to drive improvements.
• Drive process improvements and root-cause actions.
• Lead team goals and drive accountability.
• Implement critical business initiatives across the team.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR.
• Conduct reviews, hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Contribute to projects like new product introduction.
• Work with Safety, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR.
