Job summary

Owens Corning's Gastonia, NC plant is seeking a Warehouse Leader to oversee all warehouse, storage, and shipping operations. You will provide technical leadership, ensure safety, and collaborate with internal customers and suppliers to drive best-in-class performance.

You will lead a 6-person team across local and external warehouses, manage inventory controls (FIFO, quality issues), and optimize processes using SAP, WMS, and UKG. A strong focus on TPM, 5S, and data analytics will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience leading safety initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, FIFO and related practices.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analytics for driving results.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and staffing across sites.
• Lead safety initiatives and drive toward zero injuries while maintaining compliance.
• Develop talent through training, performance management, and succession planning.
