Job summary

Owens Corning Gastonia plant seeks a Warehouse Leader to oversee warehouse, storage, and shipping operations. You will provide technical leadership, implement standards, and drive best-in-class performance across sites.

You will lead safety, inventory management, and TPM initiatives, utilizing SAP, WMS, and UKG while coordinating with internal customers and carriers to meet goals and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or logistics or five years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office; SAP experience desirable.
• Experience supervising teams and managing safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations for multiple locations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with carriers and customers to meet business outcomes and SOPs.
• Manage inventory controls following SOX and OC controls; implement FIFO and storage plans.
• Develop and use SAP, WMS and UKG to monitor performance and standards.
• Conduct safety audits, JHA reviews, and TPM activities; drive cost savings.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff; enforce 5S discipline.
