Job summary

Christeyns North America in Greenville, NC is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee manufacturing, warehouse, shipping and receiving. You will drive safe, efficient, on-time production and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.

You will coach and develop teams, partner with the Production Scheduler, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using ERP and workflow tools. This is a hands-on role with accountability for performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leadership in manufacturing/warehousing/logistics.
• Experience leading production teams and improving processes.
• Proficiency with ERP, MS Office, and workflow/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure safe, on-time production.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management across teams.
• Partner with the Production Scheduler to align production with capacity and inventory.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance with Plant Engineer and oversee process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate operation docs and use ERP/workflow systems for data-driven decisions.
• Serve as operational leader in absence of supervisors and support scheduling.
• Manage personnel admin for direct reports (timesheets, PTO, attendance).
• Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changing business needs.
