Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics, warehouse, shipping, and box building operations to ensure on‑time delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and manage inventory control strategies, workload planning, and shift schedules.
• Oversee SAP transactions and data integrity; drive safety and continuous improvement.
• Lead 30‑person team across 24/7/365 operations with clear expectations and accountability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with customer service, transportation, and planning teams.
