Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and develop a team of Warehouse Supervisors and frontline staff at our Champaign distribution center. You will drive productivity, safety, and quality while ensuring efficient resources and strong cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Shared Services, and Inventory.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can communicate clearly, coach staff, manage staffing, and implement process improvements in a high‑volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field is preferred – or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading other supervisors or leaders.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and cross‑functional teamwork.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations in a distribution/manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and set clear expectations for the team.
• Coach and develop Warehouse Supervisors and frontline staff.
• Lead safety initiatives and monthly safety committee meetings.
• Drive operational performance and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing and workforce planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized facility.
