CJ Logistics America is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead Supervisors and frontline staff in our Illinois distribution center. You will drive safe, accurate, and efficient operations while inspiring your team and aligning daily activities with customer expectations.

The role emphasizes visible leadership, coaching, and accountability, with a focus on safety, process improvements, and teamwork across Customer Service and Inventory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment.
