Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must pass a functional capacity test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Balance workload across areas and monitor productivity using planning tools.
• Coach colleagues on performance and safety policies.
• Coordinate with Transportation, Inventory Control, and Operations Systems.
• Ensure records and payroll data are accurate and timely.
• Maintain warehouse appearance, maintenance, and security.
