Magnolia Warehouse in Waco, Texas is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activities, drive KPI performance, and mentor staff. The role reports to the Operations Manager and emphasizes process efficiency, safety, and cost-conscious decision making to meet warehouse goals.

You will supervise teams, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain equipment certifications while upholding a culture of guest-focused service.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of related work experience preferred.
• Forklift Trainer certification preferred upon hire.
• Must be available to work weekends, events, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Meet Warehouse objectives by forecasting requirements, achieving KPIs for each work unit, and taking accountability at lead and associate level.
• Utilize technology to delegate tasks, track performance metrics, and solve process problems.
• Ensure safety and adherence to SOPs; report hazards to management.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to direct reports.
• Maintain accurate warehouse transactions and inventory control.
