Magnolia in Waco, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to lead warehouse staff, improve processes, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction. You will manage planning, training, scheduling, and performance, while driving cost-effective decisions and KPI accountability across all warehousing functions.
The role reports to the General Manager of Warehousing and involves collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining OSHA standards, and designing efficient layout and product flow to meet delivery
At Magnolia, the Operations Manager is responsible for the management, development, and safety of Warehouse staff and processes. They are responsible for achieving company goals, making cost-effective decisions, and maintaining guest satisfaction. This position works from the Magnolia Warehouse in Waco, Texas. It reports to the General Manager of Warehousing and has supervisory responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; use hands and arms to reach, handle, feel; utilize fine motor dexterity of fingers; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is expected to utilize team lifting techniques when lifting bulky items or items weighing above 50 pounds and up to 120 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee is subject to high temperatures and low temperatures. The employee is exposed to workplace hazards.
