Job summary

Magnolia is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to direct and train associates in daily warehouse tasks including receipt, quality inspection, inventory management, and fulfillment at the Waco, Texas site. Reports to the Operations Assistant Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities beyond team guidance.

Responsibilities include training, process improvement, and accurate tagging and labeling. The role requires forklift certification upon hire and weekend availability, with emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Forklift certification required upon hire.
• 1–3 years of related warehousing experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends, events and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train associates to complete daily warehouse tasks.
• Lead on-the-floor training for new hires and cross-training.
• Operate and utilize warehouse technology to manage tasks and improve processes.
• Verify labels, tags, and shipping documents per SOPs.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate progress to management.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and receipts.
