Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of related work experience preferred.
• Forklift Trainer certification preferred upon hire.
• Must be available to work weekends, events, and holidays as business needs require.

Aufgaben

• Forecast requirements and achieve KPIs for each work unit; lead and coach associates.
• Delegate tasks, track performance metrics, and solve process problems.
• Maintain safety by monitoring work processes and advising management of hazards.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and development to direct reports.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding procedures and changes.
• Evaluate work methods and staffing; propose improvements.
• Ensure warehouse layout supports efficiency and report inefficiencies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure correct order fulfillment and receipts.
• Ensure equipment certifications are valid and operators follow safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
