SUMMARY
At Magnolia, the Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for achieving Warehouse goals through successful process management, staff development, cost effective decision making, and maintaining guest satisfaction. This position works from the Magnolia Warehouse in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Operations Manager and has supervisory responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; use hands and arms to reach, handle, feel; utilize fine motor dexterity of fingers; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is expected to utilize team lifting techniques when lifting bulky items or items weighing above 50 pounds and up to 120 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT
