Job summary

Performance Team at A.P. Moller - Maersk seeks a senior operations leader to manage large-scale warehouse and distribution activities. You will develop plans, budgets, and customer-focused requirements, and lead multiple managers across shipping, receiving, packing, routing, inventory, and auditing.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS with 5–10 years’ experience, with Spanish a plus. The role is full-time, on-site, with a pay range of $100,000–$110,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five to ten years related experience or equivalent.
• P&L experience highly desired.
• Spanish speaking skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains DC operations plans including programs, budget, and customer requirements.
• Provides input to customer relationship strategy.
• Sets production and quality standards and manages cost controls.
• Guides distribution center process planning including staffing, materials, safety, and equipment.
• Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates with functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Trains and ensures staff compliance with policies.
