Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers in Atlanta/College Park, GA seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control. You will lead and develop warehouse staff, ensure safety and productivity, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Strong leadership and forklift certification are preferred; OSHA knowledge required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience.
• Experience managing receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with inventory controls and KPI/tracking.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff with safety and productivity focus.
• Maintains inventory procedures through cycle counts and bin location documentation.
• Coordinates inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and internal departments.
• Enforces safety procedures and OSHA compliance; monitors KPIs and processes.
• Oversees remanufactured parts core management and vehicle maintenance tracking.
• Collaborates with other departments to meet company objectives.
