Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in the Atlanta area, oversee staff, and optimize inventory accuracy and logistics performance.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, enforce safety standards, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements across departments to meet company objectives. A strong background in heavy-duty parts logistics and Karmak/Fusion is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in inventory software Karmak/Fusion and basic computer applications.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics software.
• Strong knowledge of truck parts terminology and SKUs.
• OSHA standards and workplace safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff with coaching and feedback.
• Maintain inventory procedures with cycle counts and accurate bin locations.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and internal departments.
• Enforce safety procedures and OSHA compliance; inspect regularly.
• Monitor KPIs to identify process improvements.
• Implement SOPs to boost efficiency and compliance.
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance or repair.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Oversee delivery routes and coordination with drivers/ carriers.
• Oversee remanufactured parts handling and core management.
• Monitor vehicle tracking and maintenance.
