Nextran Truck Centers seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in the Atlanta/College Park area. You will supervise staff, optimize receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience in the truck parts sector, strong leadership, and familiarity with Karmak/Fusion inventory software. A related associate degree is preferred, with a focus on logistics and supply chain.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience in heavy-duty truck parts industry.
• Proficient in inventory software and logistics systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff, providing coaching and feedback.
• Maintain cycle counts and proper bin locations documentation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers and internal teams.
• Enforce safety procedures and OSHA compliance; monitor KPIs and SOPs.
• Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse; oversee routes.
• Oversee remanufactured parts core management and vehicle tracking systems.
