Zusammenfassung

Nextran Truck Centers is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Atlanta/College Park, GA location. You will lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control, while coaching staff for safety and productivity.

The role requires 5+ years of supervision experience in a warehouse, preferably in heavy-duty truck parts, and strong leadership with proficiency in Karmak/Fusion inventory systems.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years supervision in a warehouse setting, preferably heavy-duty truck parts.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Karmak/Fusion inventory software and basic computer apps.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics software.
• Familiarity with truck parts terminology, SKUs and handling practices.
• OSHA standards knowledge and safety compliance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff, providing coaching and feedback.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts and accurate bin location records.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and internal departments.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular OSHA-compliant inspections.
• Monitor KPIs and warehouse metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement and enforce SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; manage routes and schedules for deliveries.
• Oversee remanufactured parts core management and vehicle tracking systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
