Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Atlanta/College Park, GA. You will supervise staff, optimize inventory control, and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of warehouse supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with Karmak/Fusion or similar systems. Heavy parts handling knowledge and forklift certification are a plus. EEO Employer.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 5+ years warehouse supervision experience; staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in inventory software Karmak/Fusion and basic computer applications.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics software.
• Forklift certification is a plus; OSHA knowledge is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain inventory procedures, cycle counts, and document locations and quantities.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and internal teams.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular inspections per OSHA and policies.
• Monitor KPIs to identify process improvements and implement SOPs.
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate delivery routes and liaise with drivers and freight carriers.
• Oversee core management for remanufactured parts; track vehicle maintenance.
