Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Spartanburg, SC distribution center. You will drive performance, oversee personnel, receiving, inventory, shipping, and facilities, while implementing standardized work processes to reduce costs.

You will lead hiring, training, and performance management and ensure safety, compliance, and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with experience in operations or distribution.
• Minimum 6 years in Operations-Distribution or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Broad knowledge of DC processes, OSHA/FMCSA/state laws preferred.
• Understanding of DOT regulations is advantageous.
• Experience with voice-picking and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel, receiving, inventory, shipping, logistics, and facilities.
• Drive performance, standardize work processes and cost reductions.
• Lead hiring, training, development and performance management.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams and suppliers.
• Provide leadership with clear feedback on goals and progress.
• Travel up to 15% as required.
