Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate’s degree in Business or related or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution preferred.
• Dependable and able to work with little supervision.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Flexible work hours required.
• Proven attendance records a must.
• Must be accurate with good attention to detail.
• Must work in a safe, efficient and respectful manner.
• Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Must possess problem solving resolution skills and be able to work in a fast paced and often stressful environment.
• Previous experience with VAI or similar warehouse management or operating systems is a plus.
• Able to work effectively on a team and collaborate with various departments within Concordance.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for the transportation and departmental staff; ensure accuracy and safety.
• Lead the Picking Department operations and maintain high accuracy in tasks.
• Learn and supervise all aspects of operation; oversee shipment of merchandise.
• Train new employees and participate in performance reviews.
• Manage daily workload and direct staff accordingly.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment.
• Represent the company in a positive manner and support customer goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
