Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified Operations Receiving Supervisor for our Spartanburg, SC location to lead the receiving team, ensure accuracy and safety, and maintain daily paperwork.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm and requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations, a high school diploma or associate degree, dependability, and strong teamwork. Experience with VAI is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Associate's degree in Business or related or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution preferred.
• Dependable and able to work with little supervision.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Flexible work hours required.
• Proven attendance records a must.
• Must be accurate and have good attention to detail.
• Must work in a safe, efficient and respectful manner with other personnel.
• Follows good housekeeping procedures.
• Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Must possess problem solving resolution skills and be able to work in a fast paced and often stressful environment.
• Previous experience with VAI or similar warehouse management or operating systems is a plus.
• Proficient math skills.
• Able to work effectively on a team and collaborate with various departments within Concordance.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the receiving department and staff with a focus on accuracy and safety.
• Deliver merchandise to customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Report shipping errors to supervisor.
• Maintain all documentation and daily paperwork.
• Operate and manage warehouse equipment as needed.
• Train new employees and assist with a strong onboarding program.
• Organize daily workload and direct staff accordingly.
• Promote teamwork to achieve company goals and safety.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring of staff and participate in annual performance reviews.
• Support a safe work environment by reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain warehouse equipment for safety and address mechanical issues.
• Represent the company professionally and work as part of a team.
