Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Distribution Center. You will oversee personnel, receiving, inventory, shipping, logistics, budgeting, and facilities, driving performance and standardizing processes to cut costs and improve service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least six years in distribution operations, with leadership experience, strong communication, and knowledge of OSHA and DOT rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of Operations-Distribution experience.
• Experience supervising, training, developing and providing direction to staff.
• Ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Broad working knowledge of Distribution Center processes and operations.
• Understanding of OSHA, FMCSA and State Laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Distribution Center's operations and staff.
• Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
• Foster communication with internal departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
• Lead hiring, training, development and performance management of team members.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Travel required 15% of time.
