Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead transportation operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily shipments.

The role requires coordinating schedules, ensuring DOT compliance, and maintaining documentation while delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years in warehouse/distribution, and preferably a Class A CDL with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations or distribution is preferred.
• Class A CDL and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and pass DOT drug screen.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for transportation operations and staff with accuracy and safety.
• Deliver merchandise to customers courteously and professionally.
• Ensure DOT regulations are followed and documentation is maintained.
• Inspect vehicles daily and report malfunctions.
• Organize daily workload and supervise staff to meet goals.
• Train new employees and foster a positive team culture.
