Motivair Corporation by Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and safe material handling.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with hands-on logistics expertise, ERP proficiency, and a passion for Lean initiatives to support production growth and on-time customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 7+ years experience in inventory control, shipping, receiving, and supervising warehouse personnel.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, Infor, QAD, Plex, JD Edwards, SYSPRO or Sage X3.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, audits, and established inventory management processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement to maintain material availability.
• Oversee handling, storage, and movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing within the ERP system.
