Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a supervisor or leadership role.
• Experience in the distribution industry is a plus.
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 30 to 50 warehouse associates.
• Promote and enforce safety programs including OSHA and DOT standards.
• Track key performance indicators and implement improvement actions.
