Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of management experience or equivalent CJ's warehouse experience.
• Supply chain/warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work 45–50 hours per week; management opens/closes warehouse.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret reports and develop strategies.
• Excellent verbal communication for staff and customer relations.
• Must complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management including training, scheduling and directing work activity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, discipline and performance evaluations.
• Create and manage schedules to ensure productive payroll.
• Utilize Orion to maximize efficiency of delivery routes.
• Communicate inventory shortages to management and affected parties.
• Enter items received and process returns to maintain accurate inventory.
• Organize, batch and approve receipts daily.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
