Job summary

Priority Tire in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our e-commerce and wholesale warehouse. You will oversee inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and value-adding services to ensure productive operations and alignment with company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L awareness, and a proven track record in warehouse management, safety compliance, and KPI optimization to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Warehouse Operations/Distribution Management
• 5+ years in E-commerce
• 5+ years HR Policies and Regulations
• 5+ years WMS experience
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Drive labor planning and productivity while controlling overtime and staffing levels.
• Partner with HR to recruit, hire, motivate, and discipline employees.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team performance to foster a high-performing environment.
• Support employee development through cross-training and hands-on learning opportunities.
