Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize daily workflow of the warehouse to prevent bottlenecks.
• Train staff on policies and procedures and ensure cross-training.
• Handle administrative tasks including meetings, HR coordination, and PTO approvals.
• Oversee equipment safety, perform safety walk-throughs, and lead safety meetings.
• Review monthly warehouse performance and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and peak operational capacity.
