The role requires leadership, training, and coordination with HR, with a focus on maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a multi-location distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and prioritizing the daily workflow to ensure work is completed and no department falls behind.
• Assist in training staff on current policies and cross-training.
• Handle administrative duties: daily staff meetings, PTO approvals, interviews and HR coordination.
• Oversee safety: ensure equipment works, conduct safety meetings, address safety issues.
• Review monthly warehouse performance reports and identify problem areas.
• Work with Warehouse Manager to optimize peak capacity and operations.
