Job summary

SSF Imported Auto Parts, LLC is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the Warehouse Manager in organizing receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. This role includes leading a diverse team, ensuring training compliance, and coordinating with HR and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience leading diverse teams and coordinating with HR.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize daily workflow to prevent delays.
• Ensure staff are trained on policies and procedures; cross-training.
• Coordinate administrative tasks with HR and payroll (ADP).
• Oversee safety, inspect equipment, conduct safety meetings.
• Review monthly warehouse performance reports and identify issues.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to maximize peak capacity.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
