Job summary

SSF Imported Auto Parts LLC, a leader in European car parts distribution, seeks a Warehouse Manager to organize receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. You will train staff, enforce safety, and drive efficiency while maintaining accurate inventory and strong communication with leadership.

The role requires forklift certification, cross-team leadership, and a proactive approach to policy adherence in a multi-state operation.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and communicate clearly.
• Must understand warehouse procedures, safety and policy adherence.
• Forklift certification and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize daily workflow to prevent delays across departments.
• Train and supervise staff; ensure cross-training and policy compliance.
• Conduct daily staff meetings; update payroll system and manage PTO.
• Oversee safety programs; inspect equipment and lead safety meetings.
• Review monthly warehouse performance reports and address issues.
• Ensure peak operations and total inventory accountability; handle special projects.
