Job summary

Partners Personnel is seeking a Production Control & Logistics Manager to lead production planning, scheduling, material flow, and inbound/outbound logistics in a manufacturing environment.

The role ensures customer demand is translated into executable production plans, materials are available when needed, and products move efficiently through operations. Strong leadership and experience in supply chain are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, customer demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Monitor daily production performance and adjust schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Lead capacity planning, load leveling, and constraint management.
• Partner with Purchasing to align supplier deliveries with production requirements.
• Identify production risks and develop contingency plans to maintain delivery performance.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy and working capital performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, and Customer Service to support new product introductions and fluctuations in demand.
