Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years in a fast-paced logistics or manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to understand OSHA rules and safety requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and leadership abilities with staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PC department to meet KPIs and drive production goals.
• Coordinate daily and weekly activities for the assigned area.
• Mentor, train, and develop workforce; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to align staffing, equipment, and processes.
• Monitor labor, scheduling, and workflow prioritization; report KPI data.
