Job summary

Continental Events is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Indiana. You will lead a team, monitor safety, inventory accuracy, and productivity while ensuring timely order processing and excellent service standards.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on data accuracy and continuous improvement. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, coordination with maintenance, and adherence to logistics procedures to support

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic math, reporting and accurate data entry.
• Valid Driver’s License; Chauffeur’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team through onboarding, training, scheduling and coaching.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, inventory accuracy and service standards.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe warehouse environment and processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through counts, reconciliation and data entry.
• Support equipment reliability and preventive maintenance coordination.
• Assist with daily warehouse tasks and timely order processing.
• Track KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity and labor.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Manager to execute objectives.
