Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift operating experience or ability to become forklift certified.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance with flexibility for overtime or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, inspect, unload, store, stage, and distribute materials.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Pick, package, stage, and prepare materials for shipments and production orders.
• Load and unload trucks and containers following safety procedures.
• Perform inventory transactions using ERP systems and barcode scanners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper identification and storage.
• Support receiving inspections, inventory replenishment, and warehouse organization.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies and material shortages to supervisors.
