Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Efficiency Specialist to optimize warehouse operations by refining WMS rules, slotting, picking methods, and layouts. You will drive productivity gains, improve inventory movement, and reduce costs through data-driven process improvements and KPI monitoring.

You will lead cross-functional projects with IT, operations, and inventory management to implement scalable solutions and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3-7+ years of warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, industrial engineering, or supply chain optimization.
• Experience with WMS; Oracle experience preferred.
• Proven track record of implementing warehouse process improvements and increasing operational efficiency.
• With warehouse layout design, slotting optimization, and labor productivity improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material flow concepts.
• Experience with WMS configuration and rule management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies and material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current warehouse operations to identify productivity gains and opportunities.
• Develop and implement best practices for receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize WMS rules and workflows.
• Evaluate and update picking, replenishment, allocation, and put-away logic.
• Partner with IT and operations to test and deploy enhancements.
• Assess layouts to improve material flow and labor efficiency.
• Design slotting strategies based on velocity and inventory characteristics.
• Develop labor standards and productivity measurements.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams.
