Job summary

Siemens Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, inventory control, and 3PL coordination. You will lead a team of supervisors and material handlers to ensure safe, efficient logistics and Kanban replenishment supporting manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of manufacturing warehouse experience, experience with 3PL integration, Kanban/JIT knowledge, SAP WM/IM proficiency, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse and DC operations.
• Experience with 3PL integration and oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of Kanban and JIT principles for production support.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage inventory across multiple locations (on-site and 3PL).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Strategic oversight of manufacturing warehouse and 3PL logistics, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Maintain robust inventory control systems with real-time visibility for Kanban requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a warehouse team emphasizing safety and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement, optimize warehouse layouts, and enforce safety and regulatory standards.
