Westlake Chemical in Garland, TX is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead all distribution center activities. You will oversee order pulling, replenishment, staging, shipping/receiving, and staff performance in a high-volume facility.

This role emphasizes cost control, process improvements, safety, and adherence to Lean principles. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer deadlines and optimize inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or logistics or equivalent supervisory experience.
• 5+ years managing warehousing or manufacturing for a high-volume, multi-product operation.
• Lean/Lean Six-Sigma certification or exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and improve warehouse operations including replenishment and order pulling.
• Control labor costs by staffing flexibly to meet sales volume and budget.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventories, audits, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Schedule staff and review time records; handle overtime and performance counseling.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure policy adherence.
