Job summary

Liquidity Services is seeking a General Manager, Warehouse in Garland, TX to lead the distribution center’s overall performance and strategic direction. You will drive safety, service, quality, productivity, and financial results while partnering with cross-functional teams and customers.

The role requires a strong data-driven mindset, hands-on Lean/5S experience, and the ability to optimize operations, labor, and capacity to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in warehouse/distribution/logistics.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing 30–50+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance of the site.
• Drive data analytics to identify root causes and measure impact of changes.
• Develop scalable processes, reporting tools, and capacity plans for growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop warehouse personnel while promoting accountability.
• Oversee inventory integrity, equipment management, and facility maintenance.
