Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers is hiring a Warehouse Manager for the Atlanta/College Park, GA area. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and drive efficiency across receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Strong leadership and knowledge of truck parts are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience, preferably in heavy‑duty truck parts
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Karmak/Fusion and basic computer applications
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics software
• Strong knowledge of truck parts terminology, SKUs, and inventory handling practices
• Familiarity with heavy parts handling and warehouse safety best practices
• OSHA standards and workplace safety knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manages the overall daily activities of the warehouse including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse employees for performance and safety.
• Maintain inventory control procedures with cycle counts and proper documentation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers and internal departments.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular OSHA-compliant inspections.
• Monitor KPIs and warehouse metrics to identify process improvements.
• Develop and enforce SOPs to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
