You will lead staff, schedule activities, and ensure accurate inventory handling, receiving, and order fulfillment to multiple locations. Report to the Operations Manager and uphold safety and process standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, payroll timing, and maintaining a clean, compliant warehouse environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+ years old.
• 1 year certificate or 3–6 months related experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification.
• Experience managing supervisors and warehouse staff.
• Familiarity with inventory management and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and supervision of warehouse staff and managers.
• Manage on-site inventory control, ordering, receiving, and stocking.
• Enforce warehouse rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Perform weekly audits of high-security items.
• Process weekly time sheets and maintain attendance records.
