Job summary

Keefe Commissary Network is seeking a distribution center supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, ensure inventory integrity, and lead a team of staff and drivers at our Virginia locations. You will implement policies, train staff, and maintain safety standards to support service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and you must be 18+.
• One year certificate from college/technical school or 3–6 months related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification required.
• Warehouse supervision experience is preferred.
• Strong supervisory, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of DC/warehouse operations for commissary services.
• Coach and schedule staff including managers, supervisors, stockers and drivers.
• Manage on-site inventory control: ordering, receiving, stocking, orders.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse policies and safety rules.
• Perform weekly audits of high security items and payroll timesheets.
• Maintain clean workspace and support general duties as needed.
